Sztetl Mszana Dolna
Niegdyś w naszym mieście psalmy rozbrzmiewały w synagodze i domach żydowskich - po hebrajsku, zaś w kościele i domach katolickich, po polsku. Na bibliotecznym spotkaniu powtórzyliśmy w jakimś stopniu ten fakt: dwuczęściowy wykład: teolożki Urszuli Antosz-Rekuckiej i lingwisty Jakuba Antosz-Rekuckiego, został uzupełniony śpiewem wybranych psalmów przy akompaniamencie akordeonu i gitary, w wykonaniu tego ostatniego. Oglądający nas potomkowie mszańskich Żydów byli tym ogromnie wzruszeni. Uczestnicy zostali także tradycyjnie poczęstowani chałką, hummusem i innymi smakołykami.

ICCJ's 2024 conference is running
Together with five plenary sessions, a trip to Bad Ischl, evening program, music and more there will be a total of 20 workshops in four workshop sessions, which will address a wide range of themes related to the conference theme, Jewish-Christian and Jewish-Christian-Muslim relations, and interreligious dialogue in general.

Edward Kessler to be Awarded 2024 SEELISBERG PRIZE
The SEELISBERG PRIZE is awarded annually (since 2022) by the International Council of Christians and Jews (which originated out of the Seelisberg conference) and the Center for Intercultural Theology and Religions at the University of Salzburg.
It honours individuals who have played major roles through their scholarship and teaching in advancing the rapprochement between Jews and Christians.

Preparations for ICCJ's 2024 annual conference to be held in Salzburg/Austria, June 23-26, are under way. The theme of the conference is "'Be holy, because I, the Lord, your God, am holy.' (Wajikra / Leviticus 19:2) - Holiness: Religious Imperative and Moral Obligation?"

Holiness: A Religious Imperative and Moral Obligation?
Sunday, June 23 - Wednesday, June 26
ICCJ's 2024 annual conference, entitled "'Be holy, because I, the Lord, your God, am holy.' (Wajikra / Leviticus 19:2) - Holiness: Religious Imperative and Moral Obligation?", will take place in Salzburg/Austria, June 23-26, and the online registration for participants is now open.
The conference is organized in collaboration with ICCJ's Austrian member organization, the Koordinierungsausschuss für christlich-jüdische Zusammenarbeit, and the Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg, Research Programme Jewish Christian Dialogue and will be offered with simultaneous translation in English and German.
