Jüdinnen_Juden stehen vor der Aufgabe, die traumatischen Folgen des tödlichen Angriffs und der damit einhergehenden antisemitischen Bedrohung zu bewältigen.

19 kwietnia, w przeddzień święta Pesach, Niemcy w sile 850 żołnierzy wkroczyli […] do getta. Dwie żydowskie organizacje bojowe – ŻZW i ŻOB – zajęły pozycje wzdłuż głównych arterii getta, ulic Nalewki, Zamenhofa i Leszno, oraz w dwóch powstańczych redutach na placu Muranowskim (ŻZW) i w szopie szczotkarzy przy zbiegu ulic Świętojerskiej i Wałowej (głównie grupy Bundu). Niemcy napotkali zbrojny opór. Dla mieszkańców getta nie było to całkowitym zaskoczeniem, dzień przed wybuchem powstania – 18 kwietnia – w getcie mówiło się o możliwej akcji. Coś się działo w budynku Judenratu na Zamenhofa (większość jego członków aresztowano jako zakładników), a bojowcy z organizacji podziemnej ostrzegali w nocy o nowych siłach ukraińskich otaczających getto. Cywile zeszli do bunkrów. Spełniały się ich najgorsze obawy. [Z ROZDZIAŁU: WALKA]

In February 2023, global religious leaders met in the United Arab Emirates to celebrate the opening of the Abrahamic Family House, a soaring multifaith complex encompassing a mosque, a church, and a synagogue. The grand opening came exactly four years after Pope Francis travelled to Abu Dhabi to sign a Document on Human Fraternity with Grand Imam Al-Tayeb of Al-Azhar, an event which marked a high point in international religious diplomacy.
